1) Your Name
2) Your Company
3) Your Telephone number
4) A quick description of the part (with rough overall dimensions) and what you would like to achieve ie. inspection report,geometric solid model, polygon/quad mesh (stl/obj) or rapid surface (iges)
5) Please send at least one photograph of the part.
